This page explains what the project request, estimate and job application forms collect, and how this business uses it.
What you send
- Your name, phone number and email address.
- Project details: service, city, street address, approximate length, timing, your relationship to the property, a budget range if you choose one, and a description.
- Links to photos, only if you paste them. The photos stay wherever you shared them.
- For job applications: trades, skills, experience, availability and whether you have tools and transportation.
What is recorded with it
- Consent. The exact consent wording shown on the form, which contact methods you allowed (call, text, email) and the time you agreed.
- How you found the site. Campaign tags in the page link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content), ad click identifiers when present (gclid, fbclid or msclkid), the first page you landed on and the site that linked you here. This shows which advertising and referrals actually bring in requests.
- A remembered first visit. This browser stores that source information under the name rw.attr.v1 for up to 90 days, and a referral code under rw.ref.v1 for up to 30 days. Nothing else is stored on your device, and no advertising cookies or tracking pixels are used.
- Security information. A one-way hash of your IP address (the address itself is not stored) and your browser type, used to limit abuse and filter automated spam.
- Estimates. The measurements you enter on the estimate page are only saved if you send them with a project request.
How it is used
- To review your request, contact you about this project and prepare a quote after a site visit.
- To understand which sources lead to requests and completed jobs.
- Messages come from the business owner or authorized staff. Nothing is sent to you automatically, and a request does not sign you up for marketing.
- Information is not sold. Authorized team members see what their role needs.
Your choices
- To stop texts, reply STOP. To stop calls or emails, tell the person who contacts you.
- To correct or delete a request, send a new request that identifies the earlier one and what you need changed. Do not include sensitive documents.
- Do not send payment details, identification documents or other sensitive personal information through these forms. They are not monitored for emergencies.
Where it is kept
Requests are stored in the business's records, hosted on Cloudflare. Records are kept for project follow-up and ordinary business recordkeeping.
